These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SASTA Solutions platform, including the websites herb.sasta.ai and sasta.ai and the services offered on them (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by SASTA LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company located at 111 Demarest Road, Bloomingdale, NJ 07403 ("SASTA," "we," "us"). Contact: info@sasta.ai.
SASTA Solutions is an applied intelligence studio. We design, build, and deploy AI platforms and products, business automations, websites with assistants built in, and AI content and avatars for the organizations that hire us. The Service also includes our own products and the automated assistants we run on our sites — among them Herb, our AI operator; PRISM Media, our out-of-home (OOH) media platform, powered by Herb, for planning, pricing, and booking billboard and related placements; and Sally, the assistant who answers questions and takes requests on sasta.ai. Quotes, proposals, pricing, and availability shown on the Service are informational until confirmed in a signed agreement or countersigned proposal.
Platforms we build or operate for a specific client or organization are governed by their own terms and agreements, not by these Terms.
Discovery calls, proposals, and build work are carried out under a separate written agreement between you and SASTA LLC. That agreement — not these Terms and not any figure, scope, or timeline shown on the Service — governs price, scope, delivery, support, and the ownership of any custom work. Nothing on the Service is an offer capable of acceptance or a commitment to deliver.
When you provide your phone number on our website and request contact — for example a verification code, a callback, a discovery call, or updates on work you have engaged us for — you consent to receive text messages from SASTA Solutions at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
When you request a callback, you consent to receive a call from one of our automated assistants at the number you provided. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality and compliance; the assistant identifies itself as automated. You may say "remove me" or "do not call" on any call to be added to our internal Do-Not-Call list immediately.
Our sites also host assistants you can type to or speak with in the browser, including Sally on sasta.ai. Voice input is used to answer you and to route genuine inquiries to a human; a microphone is only opened when you start it.
Sally, Herb, and our other assistants generate responses automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. Their output is provided for convenience and is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or clinical advice, and is not a quote or a commitment on our behalf. Confirm anything you intend to rely on with a person at SASTA before acting on it.
The Service, including the SASTA, Herb, and Sally names and characters, site design, and software, is owned by SASTA LLC or its licensors. Billboard operator names, client names, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the work described. You may not reuse our content commercially without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SASTA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts of New Jersey.
